Depending on how you interact with us, the personal information we collect may include:

  • Account role (developer or promoter) and related profile details
  • Product or listing information you publish to the marketplace

All personal information you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes.

Information automatically collected

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, pages and features viewed, and information about how and when you use our Services. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting.

Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies. The cookies we use today are limited to strictly necessary session and security cookies; we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Sensitive information

We do not process sensitive information (such as government identifiers, health information, precise geolocation, biometric data, or information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or trade union membership).

2. How do we process your information?

We process your personal information for a variety of reasons, depending on how you interact with our Services, including:

  • To create and manage your account and deliver the Services you request.
  • To process payments, route commission payouts, and keep a record of transactions.
  • To operate the marketplace, including matching promoters with developer listings and tracking attributed conversions.
  • To send you administrative, transactional, and security communications (for example, account confirmations, payout notifications, and billing alerts).
  • To protect the Services, detect and prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and secure our users and infrastructure.
  • To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and resolve disputes.
  • To improve the Services, diagnose issues, and develop new features.

3. What legal bases do we rely on to process your information?

The following section applies to users in the EU, the UK, Switzerland, Iceland, and other jurisdictions whose laws require us to identify a legal basis for processing. Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Consent — where you have given us specific permission to use your personal information for a particular purpose. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at austin@walkercapitalmanagement.com.
  • Performance of a contract — where processing is necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, including providing the Services.
  • Legitimate interests — where it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests (for example, security, fraud prevention, and service improvement), as long as those interests do not override your rights and freedoms.
  • Legal obligations — where processing is necessary to comply with the law, such as tax, accounting, or anti-money-laundering requirements.
  • Vital interests — where processing is necessary to protect your vital interests or those of another person.

If you are located in Canada, we process your personal information with your express or implied consent, except where collection, use, or disclosure without consent is permitted or required by applicable law.

4. When and with whom do we share your personal information?

We only share personal information with third parties that help us run the Services, when we have a lawful basis to do so, or with your consent. Our core processors include:

  • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing, subscription billing, and Stripe Connect payouts to developers and promoters.
  • Supabase, Inc. — managed database and authentication infrastructure for the Services.
  • Vercel, Inc. — application hosting, serverless compute, and edge network for oneaffiliate.io.
  • Resend, Inc. — transactional email delivery (account confirmations, billing alerts, and similar operational messages).
  • Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS and domain management for oneaffiliate.io.

We may also share or disclose personal information to comply with applicable law or legal process, to enforce our Terms, to protect our rights or the safety of users and the public, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. In all cases, we only share the minimum necessary information and require recipients to apply appropriate protections.

5. Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

We use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to authenticate sessions, remember preferences, and keep the marketplace secure. We do not use advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies. You can set your browser to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent; if you do, some parts of the Services may not function correctly.

6. How long do we keep your information?

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (for example, for tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we no longer have an ongoing legitimate business need, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, or, if that is not possible, securely store it and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

7. How do we keep your information safe?

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

8. Do we collect information from minors?

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from, or market to, children under 18. If you become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at austin@walkercapitalmanagement.com and we will take steps to delete that information.
